Since 1986 Chris Howell has sold, scripted, designed, managed and
set up hundreds of telemarketing campaigns nationwide. He has trained
thousands of telephone reps in group and individual environments.
Each member of his team is a professional salesperson. Customer

We keep all territories on a strict 6 month rotation, unlike other
companies who call through your market four times a year. We realize
that simply put, less qualified Sales Representatives on the phone
equals fewer new subscribers made.
Impact Marketing employees go through extensive training on the

sales and customer service training. This means all operators will

intern students from either Chico State or Butte Community college.
