Since 1986 Chris Howell has sold, scripted, designed, managed and set up hundreds of telemarketing campaigns nationwide. He has trained thousands of telephone reps in group and individual environments.

Each member of his team is a professional salesperson. Customer Service + Expert Product Knowledge = Quality Starts.

We keep all territories on a strict 6 month rotation, unlike other companies who call through your market four times a year. We realize that simply put, less qualified Sales Representatives on the phone equals fewer new subscribers made.

Impact Marketing employees go through extensive training on the features and benefits of YOUR newspaper in addition to rigorous sales and customer service training. This means all operators will know your guaranteed delivery times, your billing methods, the special sections in your newspaper, how your paper is different from the competition, and whatever else is necessary to represent your product in the most effective manner possible.
